Face to face counselling, therapy and psychotherapy sessions are thought to be much more effective when it comes to bringing about long lasting change. However we also recognise that this isn’t always possible for a wide variety of reasons. Sometimes people’s work, studies or general travel plans take them to different parts of the country or the world. Other people may be too ill or disabled to leave their home and especially during Covid-19, there are a lot of people who simply feel safer not leaving their homes.
That is why we are pleased to be able to offer online counselling and psychotherapy sessions either via Zoom, Skype, MS Teams, FaceTime or another preferred method. Simply select the Online option in our Find a Therapist Form. Two of our therapists, Aurora and Astrid operate entirely online.
