You may feel like you know what you want to be doing, but you just can’t move forward or bring yourself to “do it”. This can often leave us feeling stuck. You may be coming to therapy because of experiences and emotions that feel really difficult to be with, such as loneliness, anxiety, sadness, anger and grief.
I offer you a space to explore your emotions and experiences without judgement, not only holding you through difficulties with my own empathy, but helping you to cultivate empathy and compassion for yourself. I support you to build self-awareness as you navigate and process life's challenges, past and present. And I help you find connection to your authentic self through the connection with me as a counsellor in the therapy room.
Alongside my job as a therapist, I also work as a policy advisor on mental health to the government, and have 8 years of experience working in the public, charity and voluntary sector on equality, diversity and inclusion.
I offer individual therapy at £70 per session on Mondays and Tuesdays at my rooms in Putney Bridge. I also offer a free 20 minute intro call to see if we are the right fit, and to answer any questions.
Please feel free to contact me for any queries or clarifications.
